MOSCOW, Jun 8 (PRIME) -- Russian Railways has provided a 38% discount to the price on grain transportation to the Caspian ports, the company said in a statement on Monday.
The company also provided a 25% discount on iron ore and fertilizer exports by alternative routes until connection with the port of Murmansk is restored.
